Local mortgage brokers donating to tsunami relief
Chris Bucalo, mortgage broker, is donating 10 percent of his earnings to the American Red Cross and UNICEF to benefit victims of the tsunami in Southeast Asia. Bucalo, formerly of New York and California, moved to Grand Junction in 1995. Having been a successful real estate and mortgage brokers for more than 20 years, he decided to try his hand at being a restaurant owner with a long-time friend. After his stint as a restaurateur, he returned to his true calling and once again works as a mortgage broker, where he brings a creative and diverse approach to mortgage lending.
