When I initially met with Kevin he told me everything I would need and said that if anything else was needed he would inform me very quickly so that there were no last minute hiccups at closing. Let me tell you, he is a man of his word!
This process was so easy that even up to the closing table I was waiting for the hammer to fall, but it never did.
