Health and Wellness

Major Mortgage offers two options for medical coverage through BlueCross BlueShield. Your medical plans provide coverage for physician office visits, hospitalization, emergency care, prescription drugs, and more.
Taking good care of your teeth and gums may be a key factor in your health. Major Mortgage offers two dental plans through Unum.
Major Mortgage’s vision plan provides coverage for professional vision care, lenses, contracts, and frames through a broad network of optical specialists.
Retirement & Estate Planning
All active Major Mortgage team members, 21 or older are eligible to participate in the plan. Participation begins on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Salary Commitment Plan
The salary commitment plan provides a sum of money to a team member’s family upon the death of the team member. This is in addition to any insurance policy you may have purchased. (This is not an insurance policy.)
Assistance is offered in creating a will or purchasing insurance through Major Mortgage’s affiliated business network.
