Our company president, Ryar Hayward, learned the business from the ground up, starting as a Loan Processor and eventually became a Loan Officer. From there he worked his way up the ranks. Ryar and his brothers decided to start their own company. In 2005, Major Mortgage became a reality.

As a native of Grand Junction, Colorado I couldn’t think of a better place to grow the company. The initial operation consisted of 4 locations and a handful of employees. We now have multiple branches, in multiple states and continue to grow with each passing year. It is the knowledge and passion of the business that has shaped Major Mortgage into what it is today. The family that has become Major Mortgage is a rare thing.
