CHENOA
Chenoa Fund is provided through CBC Mortgage Agency (CBCMA), a federally chartered government agency. CBCMA’s mission is to increase affordable and sustainable homeownership, specifically for creditworthy, low and moderate-income individuals. CBCMA partners with quality mortgage lenders on a Correspondent basis.

CHAC
CHAC provides low interest, flexible loans to low and moderate-income first-time homebuyers for down payment and closing cost assistance throughout Colorado. The loan is recorded as a second mortgage on the property being purchased. All of the loans require repayment, usually with monthly payments; the start date of those payments may vary.

CHFA
The CHFA team works together throughout Colorado to Increase the availability of affordable, decent, and accessible housing for lower-income Coloradans; and strengthen the state’s economy by providing financial assistance to businesses. CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. We offer financial resources to strengthen homeownership, affordable rental housing, and businesses.

MFA
The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority is a self-supporting quasi-governmental entity that provides financing to make quality affordable housing and other related services available to low- and moderate-income New Mexicans. Using funding from housing bonds, tax credits, and other federal and state agencies, MFA provides resources to build affordable rental communities, rehabilitate aging homes, supply down payment assistance and affordable mortgages, offer emergency shelter and administer rental assistance and subsidies.

TSAHC
Our programs target the housing needs of low-income families and other underserved populations who do not have acceptable housing options through conventional financial channels. It is our mission to address this critical and expanding need with initiatives such as first time home buyer grants and other down payment assistance programs.
